My theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral, believing that whatever we place in our Minds determines our Behavior and we are the Gatekeepers of Our Minds. I work extensively with relaxation techniques and, at times, introduce hypnosis into my sessions, which I am trained in. In this stressful world we live in, I enjoy watching my clients gain confidence in their daily lives. I enjoy helping my clients feel empowered in the midst of their struggles and challenges. My practice hours include Saturdays and evenings. My office is wheelchair accessible. I accept several insurances, including Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, 1st Health, PHCS, Health Net, MHN, Medi-Cal (Molina Healthcare), Magellan, TriWest, GEHA, Cigna, and others. I look forward to watching you confront, work through, and overcome your struggles and challenges, as we become a TEAM in exploring and developing your path of growth.
